They are a global and expanding technology and engineering solutions provider operating in multiple industries including Mining, Energy, and Utilities.

Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Operational Excellence: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify and implement strategies that optimise asset performance.
Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative consulting projects that address complex challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience in the Mining, Energy, or Utilities industry, advising clients to drive performance in their assets, by integrating people and process with technology.
Top-Tier Background: 2-3 years of experience at a renowned management consulting firm, such as McKinsey.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
