Change Management Consultant

It’s why we’re looking for an organizational transformation and change consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
As a change management consultant, you’ll build an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll use discussions and workshops with leadership and subject matter experts to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and areas for improvement.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with Change Management
- Experience coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience with financial management and administrative activities, including budgeting, resource planning, and task and project reporting
- Experience reviewing change requests and providing assessments
- Ability to perform complex evaluations of project procedures, processes, techniques, or contractual issues with required reports and solutions for large-scale projects
- Ability to prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree

- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework implementation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
