Organisational Environment
The position sits within the Process function and reports directly to the Head of Process. This position will also participate in projects in the service design function as well as other internal activities.
Position Summary
We work with clients who are wanting to transform, to support this mission you will help to understand and analyse the services and processes of our clients. Connecting what they do to the customer experience and highlighting opportunities for simplification and improvement. Having strong communication and process mapping skills you will be able to support our customers to highlight the complexity and solve their problems.
You should have expertise in process improvement, lean methodologies, process mapping, and continuous improvement, with the ability to apply these skills across projects. CPS230 experience is a plus, though not essential. Agility, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and within a team is essential.
This role is for a fixed-term (6 month) contract with the potential to extend further.

Qualification And Experience
- Excellent understanding of data and process analytics
- Strong in Lean and Continuous improvement
- Previous experience mapping processes and highlighting opportunities.
- Ability to prioritise projects to deliver value quickly
- Implemented process improvement and benefits achieved
- An active listener and great stakeholder communication
- CPS230 experience is a plus, though not essential
Key Responsibilities As a Three6 Consultant
- Engage with key stakeholders and establish objectives and goals for the client work
- Set up meetings/ workshops to understand and map out existing processes
- Facilitate workshops both in person and online
- Conduct interviews to further understand the process and how it differs from what is actually being done
- Look for improvements and opportunities to standardise the process
- Understand complexity of the processes and think innovatively about ways to remove the waste
- Implement process improvements to deliver value quickly
- Understand risk and have to critically question current ways of working
- Develop relationships that maintain and enhance the client engagement with Three6
A DAY IN THE LIFE – every day will be different but here are a few things you will do:
- Engage with key stakeholders and establish objectives and goals for client work

- Conduct interviews to further understand the process and how it differs from what is actually being done
- Look for improvements and opportunities to standardise the process

- Implement process improvements to deliver value quickly
- Understand risk and must critically question current ways of working
- Develop relationships that maintain and enhance the client engagement with Three6
- Participate in internal Three6 activities and projects to improve our own ways of working
